Job summary

Shui On Building Contractors Limited is seeking an experienced project coordinator to provide integrated engineering support on the assigned project. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities and lead a team of engineers to ensure progress is delivered with high quality and strong safety performance.

The candidate should have a Degree in Building Engineering & Management, at least eight years of relevant experience, and good command of English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Engineering & Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in project coordination, progress monitoring and supervision of builder works.
• Experience in ASD Design and Build projects is a definite advantage.
• Proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.

The Job

The incumbent will be responsible for providing integrated engineering support and project coordination to the project assigned. You will also lead a team of engineering staff to supervise day-to-day construction works to ensure timely project completion with good quality and safety performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Engineering & Management or equivalent and preferably with professional membership
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in project coordination, progress monitoring and supervision of builder works
• Previous experience in ASD Design and Build project is a definite advantage
• Proactive, good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
