Job summary

Shun Tak Holdings Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to review and improve PM procedures, ensuring construction projects are delivered on time and within budget for the Ocean Park Project. You will monitor site works, report progress, and collaborate with internal teams and main contractors to ensure compliance with specs and regulations.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Building Studies or related field, CIOB membership, and 8–10 years of experience in managing construction

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. CIOB or equivalent).
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Sound knowledge of construction regulations and project management practices.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure site works are executed in compliance with approved specifications, project requirements and relevant regulations

Monitor and report project progress against the construction plan

Attend regular project meetings and provide progress reports in accordance with project schedules

Collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to support the Ocean Park Project

Coordinate, liaise and manage communications with Main Contractors, the Rides Suppliers consultants and other project partners to ensure effective project execution

Work closely with the Facility Management and Project teams to facilitate project implementation

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with documentation standards

Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. CIOB or equivalent)

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management.
