Job summary

Koryis Limited in Hong Kong is building an AI-powered learning platform for secondary schools and seeks a Lead EdTech Instructional Designer & Pedagogical R&D Specialist to architect curriculum intelligence, design adaptive pathways, and drive HKDSE-aligned research.

You will lead pedagogical research, ensure content and assessments meet HK education standards, and work with schools to field-test models that improve mastery and diagnostic accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing curriculum, assessments and digital learning resources.
• Strong alignment with HKDSE standards and Hong Kong education expectations.
• Experience as a secondary school teacher or EdTech specialist in HK.

Responsibilities

• Pedagogical System Architecture and HKDSE curriculum mapping.
• Lead pilot research with teachers and curriculum coordinators.
• Develop cognitive taxonomies and mastery thresholds for HK-students.
• Ensure assets meet EDB expectations and classroom usability.
• Field-test adaptive curriculum models in HK secondary schools.
