HONGKONG DUNMIN CONSULTANT LIMITED seeks a Chief Executive to oversee the Hong Kong subsidiary’s daily operations, strategic planning, and cross-department coordination. The role guides curriculum design, research, and the AI-powered learning software roadmap tailored to HK learners.

The ideal candidate will lead core management and teaching teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth in a fast-evolving education technology landscape within Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience in managing a HK subsidiary or regional operations is advantageous.
• Strong Mandarin, Cantonese, and English communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in curriculum development and educational program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and implement medium-to-long term strategy for HK subsidiary.
• Lead management, academic research, and teaching teams; optimize governance and workflows.
• Lead end-to-end curriculum development for Mathematics and English for HK learners.
• Drive AI-powered learning software development and integration with curriculums.
• Monitor regulatory policies and ensure compliance across course development, software, and marketing management.
