Job Responsibilities

Serves as the chief executive responsible for the overall daily operations and management of the Hong Kong subsidiary; formulates and oversees the implementation of the company’s medium to long-term development strategy, annual business objectives, and corresponding action plans; ensures cross-departmental coordination; and maintains rigorous oversight of operational expenditures, revenue performance, and strategic execution timelines.

Spearheaded the establishment, development, and leadership of core management, academic research, and teaching personnel teams; optimized the company’s organizational architecture, governance frameworks, and operational workflows; cultivated a high-performing, professionally competent, and market-responsive operational team tailored to the Hong Kong context; and ensured the systematic and efficient execution of all corporate initiatives.

Lead the end-to-end research, development, refinement, optimization, and enhancement of localized mathematics and English curricula for children in Hong Kong. Grounded in a comprehensive analysis of local learners’ cognitive profiles, academic progression requirements, and the distinctive features of Hong Kong’s education policy framework, design and implement a coherent, scaffolded, and pedagogically sound curriculum delivery system tailored to the Hong Kong context.

Spearheaded the design and development of the curriculum, including formulation of the curriculum framework, creation of pedagogical materials, iterative refinement of instructional methodologies, and establishment of a tiered, competency-based curriculum system. Led cross-functional coordination of course implementation, efficacy assessment, periodic review, and continuous optimization, resulting in differentiated, high-quality core offerings for children’s subject‑specific training programs. Furthermore, integrated insights from Hong Kong students’ learning challenges to enhance the curriculum’s engagement, academic rigor, and alignment with local examination standards, thereby strengthening the company’s strategic course competitiveness.

Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company’s AI-powered children’s learning software, encompassing R&D, functional architecture design, iterative enhancement, and real-world deployment. Collaborate closely with the technical development team to translate pedagogical requirements, derived from authentic classroom contexts in mathematics and English instruction, into precise, actionable product specifications. Oversee end-to-end product delivery, including timeline adherence, quality assurance, and efficacy validation, to ensure alignment with educational objectives and user needs. Drive deep integration of AI capabilities with both offline curriculum delivery and existing online teaching platforms, thereby establishing a cohesive, unified edtech ecosystem centered on “pedagogy-first instruction + AI-enhanced personalized learning,” and reinforcing the company’s competitive differentiation in intelligent, digitally native educational solutions.

Spearheaded market research and competitive intelligence initiatives targeting the Hong Kong children’s education sector; developed and executed integrated strategies for brand positioning, student enrollment, and multi-channel expansion. Drove growth in the local family-oriented education market by establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Elevated the company’s brand visibility and market share through data-informed initiatives. Leveraged proprietary industry resources to curate a robust ecosystem-comprising educators, pedagogical research institutions, industry platforms, and collaborative channels, specializing in mathematics and English education for children.

Continuously monitor regulatory policies and market dynamics within Hong Kong’s education sector to ensure full compliance, across course development, instructional delivery, software operations, and marketing management, with applicable local industry standards and statutory requirements. Strategically oversee key business decisions, project execution, and resource allocation; proactively identify and resolve critical operational, R&D, and implementation challenges; effectively mitigate enterprise-level development risks; and advance the company’s sustainable, stable, and scalable growth.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or higher is required; a major in Education or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, as well as functional working proficiency in both Cantonese and English.

With over a decade of hands‑on experience in Children's Mathematical Olympiad education‑spanning classroom instruction, curriculum design, and pedagogical system development.Possess deep insight into key instructional challenges, student competency development frameworks, and the operational logic underlying effective subject-based training programs.

Well‑versed in the full lifecycle of primary education product development, including conceptualization, iterative refinement, pilot implementation, and market launch.

Holder of professional qualifications in Mathematics competition education for K12 students, including formal teaching certification specifically endorsed for Mathematics Olympiad instruction. Possesses authoritative credentials in mathematics competition pedagogy and research, with comprehensive expertise in the subject‑matter knowledge framework, instructional methodology, competition structure, and developmental learning profiles of primary and secondary school participants.

Candidates with proven expertise in Children's Mathematics Olympiad coaching, targeted student performance enhancement, and systematic teacher capacity building are strongly preferred.

Those who possess abundant high-quality teaching resources for Children's Mathematics competitions in the Mainland and Hong Kong, as well as experienced teaching and research talents, and resources from industry cooperation institutions will be given priority. Those who have resources related to Mathematics competitions in the industry and upstream and downstream resources in the education sector will also be given priority.
