Job summary

The English Schools Foundation seeks an Learning Analytics Associate to design, prototype, and evaluate digital learning tools grounded in cognitive science and pedagogical theory. You will harness AI-assisted development to prototype teaching tools that support teachers and students in Hong Kong ESF schools.

You will conduct classroom studies, build analytics frameworks, and ensure interventions map to ESF curricula while providing formative feedback.

Qualifications

• Master’s or advanced Bachelor’s in Education Data Science, Learning Sciences, or related field.
• Strong background in learning theories, instructional design, and educational research methods (quantitative & qualitative).
• Entry-level to early-career (0–2 years) with a portfolio of research projects or tools.

Responsibilities

• Pedagogically-driven prototyping and AI realization using Generative AI.
• Design and run localized studies (DBIR, experiments) to evaluate classroom impact.
• Align digital interventions to ESF curriculum standards and provide actionable feedback to teachers.
