Job summary

SDIC Securities International Financial Holdings Limited seeks an ECM professional to prepare internal documents, market updates, deal recaps, and roadshow materials, and to lead pitching proposals, IPO marketing strategies, and valuation analyses for HK listings.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams (Corporate Finance, Sales, Research, Settlement) and external banks and investors, handling HK equity and equity-linked transactions with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience within ECM department.
• Knowledge in HK stock market and hands-on execution experience of HK IPOs and equity transactions.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in fast paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing internal documents, ECM market updates, deal recaps, pipeline updates, pitching proposals, IPO marketing strategy presentation materials, valuation analysis, sales memo, roadshow materials, investor feedback summary, etc.
• Coordinate with syndicate banks and investors and manage communication with internal parties (Corporate Finance, Sales, Research and Settlement) and external parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
