Job summary

Manns is a leading health and beauty chain in Hong Kong with over 300 stores, inviting a candidate to drive commercial and e-commerce initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Operations to optimize category performance and growth in cross-border channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of retail experience, with familiarity in cross-border e-commerce and Magento being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
• Minimum 3 year of retail experience, and knowledge in cross border E-commerce is a plus.
• Proficiency in PC skills, especially MS application and Chinese Word Processing.
• Practical experience with Magento is a plus.
• Good organizational skill, attention to details and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver category targets and optimize performance.
• Negotiate and work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships and strategic partnerships in e-commerce.
• Analyze and review category performance, identify areas to increase sales and profits, and provide recommendations.
• Manage promotion settings in backend system to support business growth.
• Work closely with tech team to ensure system stability.
