Job summary

Mannings, the leading health and beauty chain in Hong Kong, is seeking a category management candidate to coordinate product onboarding for both cross-border and domestic e-commerce platforms. The role involves consolidating supplier information, entering precise data into the backend system, and supporting the commercial team in HK and China.

Ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree, Mandarin proficiency, and familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Magento is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; cross-border e-commerce knowledge is a plus; fresh graduates considered.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Simplified Chinese.
• Proficiency in PC skills, especially MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Familiar with Magento is a plus.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Arrange product onboarding for cross-border and domestic e-commerce platforms.
• Consolidate information from suppliers into accurate formats.
• Enter data into the Ecommerce merchandising back end system accurately and update vendors and items information.
• Collect and organize relevant data to prepare reports and perform data analysis effectively.
• Collaborate with and provide administrative support to commercial team in HK & cross border team in China.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments and contribute to the team.
