You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a high-performing team across commercial buildings, data centers, healthcare, and government sectors.

The role requires deep knowledge of sales management, 10+ years in the field, and strong leadership in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Electrical Engineering / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Sales Strategy and Execution at country level.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to deliver results under resource, time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the overall sales strategy, business growth, and market expansion for BMS, ELV, Fire Detection & Protection, and Integrated Building Solutions in Hong Kong.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets while building a high-performing sales organization.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve sustainable growth across multiple sectors.
• Establish strong relationships with key customers, consultants, developers, contractors, end-users and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Service, Operations, Engineering, Project Delivery and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, fostering accountability and customer-centricity.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, business reviews and strategic account planning.
