Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for Virtual Assets and Securities Trading for Retail Banking clients.
- Implement strategies to drive revenue, assets under management and customer growth.
- Oversee lifecycle of Equities and Virtual Assets solutions for Retail Banking.
- Monitor KPIs and lead initiatives to meet targets in revenue and product penetration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate market insights and updates to frontline teams.
- Prepare selling processes and platform to optimize customer experience and compliance.
- Work with Technology to improve trading platform stability and reduce latency.
