Job summary

Standard Chartered Hong Kong is seeking a Product Manager to lead Equity and Virtual Asset products for Retail Banking clients. You will define strategy for Virtual Assets and Securities Trading, align with wealth management goals, and drive KPIs such as revenue, assets under management, and customer growth.

You will partner with Technology and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and a seamless trading experience for self-directed investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product management with a track record of leading product initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of risk management, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Virtual Assets and Securities Trading for Retail Banking clients.
• Implement product strategies to achieve KPIs such as revenue, AUM, customer growth, and product penetration.
• Monitor market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee development and lifecycle management of Equity and Virtual Asset solutions for Retail Banking.
• Monitor KPIs and lead initiatives to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate insights to frontline teams and clients.
• Prepare the product selling process and platform to optimize customer experience, operations and compliance.
• Work with Technology and Operations to improve trading platform stability and latency for high-volume self-service trading.
