Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong seeks a senior leader to drive digital wealth and virtual asset operations, overseeing onboarding, regulatory compliance, risk management, and cross-functional delivery across product, legal and risk teams.

You will shape policies, implement controls, lead system enhancements, ensure regulatory conformity, and act as trusted advisor to senior leadership while guiding multiple projects to optimize efficiency and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' relevant experience in digital financial services or fintech.
• Experience in operations management for a digital platform and markets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Mandarin Chinese written and verbal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple operation projects for the new digital wealth platform and virtual asset products.
• Develop client onboarding processes, KYT reviews, and analyze risks with internal/external partners.
• Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, risk, and fraud teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Handle client instructions for digital product transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support system modifications, participate in UAT, and develop policies to improve workflows and risk management.
• Oversee testing and QA of digital product, ensuring campaigns meet compliance and internal policies.
• Stay abreast of regulatory obligations and internal control processes in all areas.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and project support for decision making and process improvements.
