RGA in Hong Kong seeks a senior risk management professional to establish and enhance risk capabilities under the Enterprise Risk Management framework. The role provides independent oversight of local market risks and ensures governance, policies and practices align with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive risk culture, lead communications, and support management in identifying and mitigating risks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/economics/math/statistics/actuarial science or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise risk management or related fields.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Korean is a plus and may assist with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead implementation and running of the ERM program in the local market with regional collaboration.
• Ensure adoption of corporate risk governance in the local market and regulatory alignment.
• Assist local management to identify, assess and manage risks with inputs from independent function.
• Lead local risk-related communications to regional risk management.
• Implement regional and corporate risk management initiatives within the local market.
• Run local Risk Committees to strengthen risk oversight and escalate issues timely.
• Coordinate actions for regulatory inquiries and strengthen forward-looking compliance risk framework.
• Collaborate with Regional Financial and Operational Risk Managers on risk assessment and management activities.
