Qualifications

• University degree in Risk Management or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity in Banking.
• Strong understanding of banking policies and regulations in ORM/BCM.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement an effective ORM framework and monitoring plans.
• Lead ORM events, BCM development, KRI monitoring, RCSA, reporting issues.
• Develop and implement ORM policies, tools, and guidelines for the Bank.
