Senior Digital Content Strategy Manager role at Ralph Lauren, focused on APAC digital content strategy within the global structure. This position reports to the Digital Operations, Content Planning & Localization Lead and is based in HK, GW office in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for calendar management, facilitating transparent, consistent updates and managing expectations across diverse regional and corporate teams
- Apply advanced project management methodologies to oversee calendar development, execution, and adjustments, anticipating risks and resolving conflicts proactively
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to harmonize differing priorities and market-specific needs into a unified, actionable content calendar strategy
- Strengthen brand storytelling through SEO-friendly content that enriches content diversity and boosts SEO through authentic engagement
- Align APAC SEO content strategies and initiatives with the global SEO roadmap, ensuring consistency while addressing regional market nuances
- Consolidate different market needs around SEO-friendly content and establish a comprehensive APAC strategy that embraces market specifics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Content, Digital Ops and regional marketing teams to ensure SEO content strategy supports overall business goals and integrates within the multi-channel digital ecosystem
- Lead the development and execution of APAC-wide mobile-first digital content and site journey strategy, including mobile-responsive navigation, personalized mobile experiences, and content tailored for mobile use
- Collaborate with APAC and global UI/UX teams to align Web and App strategy and execution
- Utilize global mobile content and technology resources to enhance APAC mobile-first strategies and accelerate innovation
- Ensure alignment of APAC mobile content initiatives with the global digital roadmap, fostering synergy across platforms
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive APAC alignment and execution
- Champion new mobile technologies, tools, and platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation
- Identify and frame new APAC strategic initiatives in response to the fast-changing digital landscape
Requirements
- 10-12 years’ experience in digital strategy, with digital content experience ideally within a corporate or regional matrixed organization
- Experience in strategic planning within Ecommerce
- Proven ability to own and manage complex, integrated content calendars across multiple regions and cross-functions
- Proven experience leading SEO/AEO projects focusing on content optimization
- Proven success in leading regional or global digital/mobile projects, ideally in fashion brands
- Demonstrated ability to foster a test-and-learn culture and drive iterative improvements across digital content
- Strong project management discipline to balance competing priorities and adapt plans dynamically
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Mandarin/Cantonese/Japanese/Korean proficiency is a strong plus
- Passionate about brand storytelling and delivering premium digital experiences at scale
- Strong leadership to influence internal cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
- Ability to travel within/outside of APAC
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of tools such as SFCC, Figma, Airtable, Jira, Adobe Analytics, Monday.com is a strong plus
