Position Overview

The central orchestrator of Ralph Lauren APAC's AI transformation agenda, integrating strategy, use case prioritization, governance, change leadership, and value realization to maximize business impact. Different from a traditional PMO scope, this role serves to be a transformation catalyst, influencing critical decisions, removing systemic barriers, and accelerating AI use cases from ambition to measurable value at regional scale.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: AI Strategy, Use Case Prioritization & Roadmap

• Drive AI use case prioritization based on business value, strategic relevance, foundational leverage & capacity.
• Translate strategic priorities into a roadmap of capabilities, outcomes, and execution plans.
• Ensure clear ownership, milestones, and success measures across the AI use case pipeline. Executive Governance & Strategic Influence
• Drive executive alignment on priorities, investments, funding, resources, and expected outcomes.
• Establish and drive governance forums, steering committees, and decision-making processes.
• Develop c-suite communications and strategic recommendations that shape priorities and accelerate decisions.
• Define value frameworks, ROI thresholds, adoption metrics and other critical success measures for AI initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks and performance gaps, driving interventions to maximize outcomes.
• Lead change, adoption, and capability-building initiatives across markets and functions.
• Redesign business processes and workflows to enable AI-powered ways of working.
• Shape and embed a scalable Human + AI operating model across APAC.
• Serve as the connective tissue across global/regional/local teams across business, technology & external partners.
• Coordinate dependencies, resources, and execution across multiple initiatives to accelerate value delivery.
• Codify successful use cases into repeatable playbooks, implementation blueprints, and scaling frameworks.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, consulting, digital, or program leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through adoption and value realization, ideally within global consumer-facing organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across business and technology leaders.
• Strong experience in governance, prioritization, investment planning, and executive decision-making processes.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience developing executive-level materials.
• Experience in AI, data, analytics, digital transformation, or emerging technology programs preferred.
