Job summary
GFT Technologies APAC & GCC is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps / Production Operations Engineer to support the production operations of a next-generation Stablecoin and Digital Assets Platform. Based in Hong Kong, you will collaborate with CTO and stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient production environments.
You will own daily production support, drive incident management, and advance operational readiness, monitoring, and governance across cloud platforms and on-prem
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, SRE, Platform Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Experience with monitoring, observability, incident management, and operational support.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day production support activities across platform environments.
- Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution activities.
- Establish and improve production support processes, runbooks, operational procedures, and support models.
- Drive release readiness, change management, and deployment coordination.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities.
- Manage deployment pipelines, environment configuration, and infrastructure automation.
- Support operational controls required for a regulated financial platform.
