Job summary
FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking a senior DevOps / SRE leader to own Production Support for Group Digital Platforms. You will drive reliability, incident response, and platform engineering across AWS and Azure, delivering automation and observability at scale.
You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Security and Markets to ensure production readiness, efficient runbooks, and cost-aware cloud operations in a fast-growing, enterprise environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
- Hands-on production support, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering in large-scale tech.
- Experience with SDLC and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell, Bash).
- Strong CI/CD, IaC, observability, incident and problem management, automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps and Production Support for Group Digital Platforms with on-call and incident responsibility.
- Define and govern enterprise DevOps practices, automation, IaC, CI/CD, and platform standards.
- Maintain resilient cloud platforms across AWS and Azure with auto-scaling and DR capabilities.
- Drive observability strategies, monitoring, logging, tracing, and service reliability initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Security, and Markets for production readiness.
