Atelier Pacific Ltd, a Hong Kong–based, award-winning multidisciplinary design studio with offices in Shanghai and Singapore, invites an experienced Operations Associate to oversee studio operations, HR, IT and project administration. The role emphasizes process improvement, staff development and cross‑team collaboration across multiple offices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related subject.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of Office Operations in design industry.
• Proactive collaborating team-player with an inquisitive mind and flexible attitude towards new ways of working.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Responsabilidades

• All aspects of human resources and administration.
• Financial costs and evaluations.
• Maintain the Company's quality management system to ISO 9001 standards and resolve non-compliance issues.
• Manage the Company's IT & Communications systems.
• Organise, manage, guide and mentor operations and projects teams.
• Propose and implement workflow processes.
• Encourage collaboration among teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all office policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
