Job summary

Atelier Global Limited is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead design excellence across large-scale commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. The role involves collaborating with our Shenzhen team and presenting to mainland China clients in Mandarin.

Senior candidates may be considered for Associate Director/Director paths, with opportunities for leadership and cross-border project execution across Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and mainland China.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in high-end commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use interior design.
• Experience with international design firms is advantageous.
• Strong conceptual design and presentation skills.
• Excellent hand-sketching ability.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Mandarin with ability to present to mainland China clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to construction documentation oversight.
• Collaborate with Shenzhen interior design team on development and delivery.
• Lead client presentations and translate requirements into design solutions.
• Present design concepts in Mandarin to mainland China clients and teams.
• Stay updated on global design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Oversee design schedules, deliverables, quality, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.
