Job summary

CASETiFY in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to own the end-to-end planning process across our global retail stores, online channels, marketplaces, and distribution centers. The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.

You will build category and channel plans, monitor SKU efficiency, forecast by country, and coordinate replenishment with product and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, inventory management, or product management.
• Experience with ERP & MRP systems.
• Proficient in Tableau and advanced Excel (Macro and VBA).
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Chinese; Cantonese advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end OTB planning and build merchandise plan frameworks by category and channel.
• Own assortment plan and merchandise mix, maximizing profitability and SKU efficiency.
• Collaborate with country, retail, and marketplace teams to forecast sales and replenishment.
• Track deliveries and restock dates; coordinate with product development and procurement on new products.
• Validate forecasts and analyze root causes to improve accuracy and information flow.
• Support continuous improvement in material allocation procedures and data presentations.
