Job summary

SenseTime 商汤科技 in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI deployment projects for smart city initiatives, government bodies, and major enterprises. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate vendors, and ensure delivery on time and budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in IT/AI project management, PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certifications, and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for reporting and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT, AI solutions, or SI project management experience.
• Proven experience with large-scale government or multinational deployments preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 preferred; familiarity with AI solutions and cloud architecture.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for client engagement and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for local AI deployment projects in Hong Kong across smart city initiatives, government bodies, enterprises, and universities.
• Serve as primary technical service interface for clients and ecosystem partners, managing expectations and satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal R&D, product, deployment, and vendor teams to resolve bottlenecks and resource conflicts.
• Formulate risk mitigation plans, monitor progress, ensure delivery quality, and manage critical incidents with escalation workflows.
• Draft and maintain high-quality deliverables (proposals, SOWs, progress reports, test plans) and optimize project processes for the Technical Service Center.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Job description

1. 1、End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of local AI deployment projects in Hong Kong (covering smart city initiatives, government bodies, large enterprises, and universities), ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
