Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with deep experience in cloud security, multi-cloud transformations, and AI-enabled modernization. You will lead end-to-end delivery across complex programs for enterprise clients in Hong Kong, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning governance, security, and budget goals.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, proven delivery of large-scale cloud security initiatives, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale programs with Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or Data Protection.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Tencent Cloud).
• Familiarity with data-driven platforms, analytics, or Generative AI integrations.
• Mastery of PM tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to explain security concepts to business leaders.
• English fluency required; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure Security desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute structured project governance, milestones, and RAID management.
• Oversee IAM, CSPM, and cross-platform compliance (AWS, Azure, Tencent Cloud).
• Manage project financials: margin health, resources, burn rates, change requests.
• Lead cross-functional delivery squads through multi-cloud migrations and secure Generative AI implementations.
• Resolve bottlenecks in cloud networking, threat management, data privacy, and AI pipelines.
• Collaborate with presales and account teams during pre-engagement to assess risk and timelines.
• Serve as the central point of contact for enterprise executives, practice leaders, and vendors.
• Deliver status reports, risk dashboards, and decision frameworks to C-suite stakeholders.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management within a global consulting, professional services, or managed services vendor environment.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale programs with a strong emphasis on Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Identity Management, or Data Protection.
• Strong hands-on experience managing public cloud ecosystems, specifically AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Tencent Cloud.
• Demonstrated familiarity with data-driven platforms, advanced analytics, or Generative AI integrations within enterprise architectures.
• Mastery of enterprise PM tools, including Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to explain technical security concepts to business leaders.
• Professional fluency in English is required; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is advantageous for regional client engagements.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, or Azure Security Engineer are highly desirable.
