Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a dedicated Debt Collection professional to join its finance team in Hong Kong. You will handle debt collection activities, contact customers, and negotiate repayment plans to recover overdue payments.

The role requires 2+ years in debt collection or accounts receivable, strong communication in English and Chinese, and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Mature, independent, and able to operate professionally under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience in debt collection, accounts receivable, credit control, or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Mature, independent, and able to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Detail-minded with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Monitor account aging reports and maintain accurate collection records.

• Prepare regular collection reports and update management on collection status.
• Liaise with external collection agencies, legal advisors, and other third parties when necessary.
• Assist in improving collection procedures and internal controls.
