Job summary

PrimeCredit Ltd in Hong Kong recruits for a debt collection role focused on customer contact, billing and overdue repayments. You will negotiate repayment schedules with borrowers and respond to collection inquiries while upholding company policies and external regulations.

The ideal candidate has form 5 / DSE or above, at least 3 years in debt collection within banks or financial firms, and is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Form 5 / DSE graduates or above.
• At least 3 years of debt collection experience in banks or financial company.
• Working experience in customer services / telemarketing is an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
• Fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS applications including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contact customer and handle billing or overdue repayment with appropriate manner
• Negotiate with borrower for repayment schedule
• Handle enquiries related to collection matters
• Perform daily duties in compliance with the internal code of conduct and external regulations
