Job summary

You will lead data analysis using SQL, define KPIs, and help design dashboards and self-service BI. The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and ensuring the integrity of data across the reporting platform.

Qualifications

• Must gather, document and manage business and technical requirements.
• Define KPIs, business rules, data definitions, and reporting specs with attention to detail.
• Experience with data sources, mappings, and semantic layers is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing reporting processes and define future-state solutions including dashboards.
• Gather requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL to investigate data quality issues.
• Collaborate with data stewards to understand data sources and reporting needs.
• Provide guidance on reusable data assets, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Support design and delivery of dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Plan and facilitate SIT/UAT testing to meet business requirements.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
