You will consolidate telecom, financial services, and digital health data to optimize CLV and drive cross-pillar growth.

The role requires advanced SQL, Python/R, and strong BI skills to design executive dashboards and actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, CS, IS, Data Science).
2–4+ years hands-on experience in business analytics, BI development, CRM analytics, or digital analytics.
Advanced SQL and scripting in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
BI dashboards design and development in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

Translate group-wide commercial goals into quantitative analytical frameworks using unified customer data to maximize CLV.
Conduct deep-dive customer profiling and segmentation to map cross-pillar journey touchpoints.
Identify high-value cross-selling pathways to expand multi-product holdings across the group.
Build and maintain executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and BI dashboards to monitor loyalty health metrics.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness across acquisition, engagement, and retention; measure ROI and elasticity.
