Job summary

HTK seeks a Senior Data Analyst/Business Analyst to design and maintain data models that serve as the single source of truth for enterprise reporting. You will bridge data infrastructure with business intelligence needs, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include data analysis, BI reporting, requirements gathering, data integration from SQL Server, Oracle, and APIs, and contributing to change management projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on data analytics and BI experience.
• 3+ years delivering projects in data/BI domains.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and data manipulation skills.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts (star/snowflake).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for dashboards.
• Python scripting for data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: cleanse, analyze large datasets to derive insights.
• BI Reporting: build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs.
• Requirements Gathering: elicit and document business needs.
• Data Integration: connect to sources (SQL Server, Oracle, APIs) and transform data.
• Change Management: support CR projects from development to implementation.
