Job summary

Responsibilities include data analysis, BI reporting, requirements gathering, data integration from SQL Server, Oracle, and APIs, and contributing to change management projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on data analytics and BI experience.
• 3+ years delivering projects in data/BI domains.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and data manipulation skills.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts (star/snowflake).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for dashboards.
• Python scripting for data analysis is a plus.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senion Data Analyst/ Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance data models that serve as the single source of truth for our enterprise-wide reporting and analytics. You will bridge the gap between our complex data infrastructure and business intelligence needs, enabling stakeholders to make data-informed decisions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to generate actionable insights and recommend process improvements
• BI Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs using modern business intelligence tools
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear and comprehensive business requirements
• Data Integration: Connect to multiple data sources (SQL Server, Oracle DB, APIs, etc.), perform complex transformations, and establish efficient data loading patterns
• Change Management: Contribute to Change Request projects, supporting development, testing, and implementation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands ‑ on experience in data analytics and business intelligence, ideally within banking, insurance, or financial services
• Proven track record of managing and delivering projects over 3+ years
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization
• Solid understanding of data warehouse (star/snowflake schemas, dimensions, and fact tables)
• Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for data visualization and reporting
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation is an advantage
