HSO Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Architect to lead the technical strategy for enterprise ERP transformations across Asia. You will define data architecture, integration topography, and governance while collaborating with business and C-level stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.

You will bridge business requirements with engineering execution, own complex designs, and mentor developer teams while driving AI-driven initiatives within D365

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience developing in D365 Finance & Operations using X++.
• Strong understanding of the D365FO architecture (AOT, extensions model, and the Application Object Tree).
• Experience as Technical Architect and Hands-on Lead Developer.
• Familiarity with D365FO integration tools (Data Management Framework, OData, custom services, Business Events).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
• Interest in AI-driven solutions and learning AI agents using D365 MCP.

Responsabilités

• Define the end-to-end technical strategy for D365 F&O deployments.
• Design secure, scalable cloud solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Architect integrations to enterprise middleware, cloud services and Dataverse.
• Develop AI agents using D365 MCP to automate workflows and surface insights.
• Review FDDs and author Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Lead development pods, review code, and raise engineering standards.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
