Job summary

Chinese Recreation Club Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Member Services professional to greet members, answer inquiries, and ensure a premium clubhouse experience. You will manage daily operations, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with teams to uphold service standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality or related fields and at least 3 years of customer-facing experience. A proactive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism Management, or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in member services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
