Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a hospitality professional to join a private club environment in Hong Kong. You will interact with members, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks, while ensuring compliance with F&B regulations and club standards.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in hotels or clubs, with strong communication and organizational skills. Shift work is required, and immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotels or clubs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all standard procedures for club operations are followed.
• Comply with food and beverage regulations.
• Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess member needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Present menu and provide detailed information (e.g., portions, allergies).
• Accurate order taking with POS system.
