Job summary

Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Securities Services practice, with a strong focus on Custody Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex client programs and shape delivery approaches across the custody operating model.

As part of the team you will work with top-tier financial institutions, gather requirements, map processes, and deliver change initiatives spanning settlement, safekeeping, and asset servicing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Global Custody or securities services consulting.
• Proven business analysis with requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder mgmt.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead custody transformation projects and deliver end-to-end client programs.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Support change initiatives across custody operations and settlement processes.
• Develop target operating models for custody and investor servicing.
• Engage stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams.
