Job summary

Capco in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Transfer Agency transformation initiatives within our Securities Services practice. You will drive complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and build consulting capability across the TA function.

You will work with business, operations and technology stakeholders to design future-state TA operating models, streamline investor servicing, and deliver tangible operational improvements using agile or hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within Transfer Agency, Fund Services, Investor Services, Custody, Securities Services, or Financial Services Consulting.
• Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations including investor onboarding, fund dealing, subscriptions, redemptions, shareholder servicing, distributions, and registry management.
• Proven Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering change and transformation initiatives across transfer agency platforms, investor servicing, or fund operations environments.
• Knowledge of the fund services ecosystem and interaction between Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, and market infrastructure providers such as Clearstream and Euroclear.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Securities Services practice, with a strong focus on Transfer Agency Transformation. As a Senior Consultant within the Securities Services team, you be part of TA transformation projects across securities services for top-tier financial institution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, product owners, and technology teams to deliver Transfer Agency transformation programmes
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications across the transfer agency operating model.
• Support change initiatives covering the end-to-end investor lifecycle
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency, controls enhancement, automation, and digitization
• Develop target operating models and future-state processes across transfer agency and investor servicing functions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
