Job summary

Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Securities Services practice, with a strong focus on Custody Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex client programs and shape delivery approaches across the custody operating model.

As part of the team you will work with top-tier financial institutions, gather requirements, map processes, and deliver change initiatives spanning settlement, safekeeping, and asset servicing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Global Custody or securities services consulting.
• Proven business analysis with requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder mgmt.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Securities Services practice, with a strong focus on Custody Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice

As a Senior Consultant within the Securities Services team, you be part of Custody transformation projects across securities services for top-tier financial institution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, product owners, and technology teams to deliver Custody transformation projects
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications across the custody operating model.
• Support change initiatives covering the end-to-end securities lifecycle, settlement, safekeeping, asset servicing, corporate actions, income processing, and reconciliation
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency, controls enhancement, automation, and digitization across custody operations
• Develop target operating models and future-state processes across custody and investor servicing functions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience within Global Custody, Securities Services, or financial services consulting
• Strong understanding of Custody and Securities Operation, including trade settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, income processing, cash and securities, and asset servicing.
• Proven Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering change and transformation initiatives across custody platforms, securities servicing, or post-trade operations.
• Familiarity withSWIFT messaging, settlement processes, and market infrastructure such as Clearstream and Euroclear would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business, operations, and technology teams.
