Job summary

Capco in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead custody transformation initiatives for top-tier banking clients in the Securities Services space. You will drive complex programs, shape delivery approaches, and mentor teams across settlements, asset servicing, and post-trade operations.

You will bring 5+ years in banking or consulting with custody operations expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in transformation programmes and business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking, securities services or consulting with custody expertise.
• Strong knowledge of custody products, operating models, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record leading custody and securities services transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead custody transformation programmes across settlements, asset servicing, and post-trade operations.
• Provide SME on operating models, controls, and platform modernization for custody.
• Advise on target operating models, process optimization, and transformation strategies.
• Drive end-to-end programme delivery with governance and risk management.
• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to building a scalable practice.
• Support business growth through client engagement and proposals.
