Capco, a global technology and management consultancy, is seeking a Senior Consultant in Hong Kong to lead Transfer Agency transformation initiatives within Securities Services for top-tier financial institutions. You will partner with business lines, operations, product and technology to shape delivery approaches and build capability across the practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within Transfer Agency, Fund Services, Investor Services, Custody, Securities Services, or Financial Services Consulting.
• Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations, including investor onboarding, fund dealing, subscriptions, redemptions, shareholder servicing, distributions, and registry management.
• Proven Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Immediately Available Preferred!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, product owners, and technology teams to deliver Transfer Agency transformation programmes.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications across the transfer agency operating model.
• Support change initiatives covering the end-to-end investor lifecycle.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency, controls enhancement, automation, and digitization
• Develop target operating models and future-state processes across transfer agency and investor servicing functions.
