Job summary

Bank of Dongguan Co., Ltd. – Hong Kong Branch is seeking a Credit Administration Officer to prepare facility letters and security documents in line with approved terms. You will handle filing and ensure timely processing of documents within deadlines.

You will monitor loan documentation, ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations, maintain credit limits, and support ad hoc projects. Strong English and Chinese communication and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in loan documentation in corporate banking.
• Sound knowledge of banking operations, related laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
• Good communication and presentation skills with excellent command of Chinese and English.
• ECF qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare facility letters and security documents with references to credit approval.
• Handle registration/ release of security documents within prescribed timeframes and proper filing.
• Follow up conditions subsequent, general undertakings, financial covenants and timely submission of loan/security documentation.
• Regularly maintain credit limits, risk concentration limits and loan-to-value ratios and identify limit excesses or deviation.
• Process loan drawdown application in accordance with drawdown conditions.
• Ongoing collect financial data, news and industry information and identify early warning signals
• Carry out any other duties and ad hoc projects assigned by the team.
