Delken Group Limited's client in Hong Kong is seeking a Credit Operations Officer (Credit Division) in Central. The role focuses on credit administration, loan drawdown, rollover, redemption, and related document handling.

You will prepare facility letters, review borrower statements, manage collateral, oversee loan documentation, monitor credit limits, and coordinate with internal and external parties for collections and repossessions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in credit operations in a banking environment, mortgage financing preferred.
• Proficient in loan documentation and dealing with solicitors.

Responsabilités

• Process credit administration tasks including loan drawdown, rollover, and redemption.
• Prepare and review facility letters, confirmations, and borrower statements.
• Manage collateral and loan documents; handle account openings.
• Monitor borrower credit limits and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for collections/repossession.
