Job summary

PCCW Services Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance, eMPF, to act as the 1.5 line of defense for the eMPF project. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance and QA framework ensuring regulatory adherence while delivering high service standards.

You will lead specialist work on policies, training, incident investigations and reporting to stakeholders, both internal and external. Strong Chinese and English proficiency is essential for this role in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in pension/financial services regulatory compliance or QA.
• Experience with complex compliance risk and regulatory matters in financial services.
• Experience with third‑party due diligence processes.
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Uphold standards of compliance and controls across eMPF operations.
• Monitor, report on compliance performance, and help develop improved controls.
• Identify and oversee policies, processes, and systems to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Support training programs to strengthen governance, risk and control awareness.
• Lead investigations into non‑compliance and drive timely remediation actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with regulators and service partners.
