Job summary

FWD Group Management Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Compliance Project Manager to lead the Compliance Project Management Team, shaping governance, delivery standards and project reporting across the risk and regulatory agendas.

You will oversee remediation programs, build integrated plans and dashboards, coordinate multi-line of defense stakeholders, and drive improvements in controls, data and processes, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, risk management, information systems or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services, insurance, banking, consulting, regulatory remediation or programme management.
• Experience leading a project management team or portfolio and engaging senior executives, regulators, auditors, vendors.
• Experience delivering regulatory remediation and system, data, process or methodology changes.
• Exposure to AML/CFT, sanctions, name screening or other financial crime controls is highly preferable.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, CAMS or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance Project Management Team, incl. governance framework, delivery standards, project portfolio, reporting and tracking tools.
• Oversee delivery of Compliance-led and related projects with clear scope, objectives, milestones, resources, risks and accountabilities.
• Develop integrated project plans and maintain dashboards, action trackers, decision logs and risk registers for audit trails.
• Follow up remediation actions for Compliance incidents, documenting root causes and control enhancements.
• Lead AML systems revamp and support the implementation of new project initiatives.
• Act as the Compliance project manager for major initiatives, embedding requirements in the overall plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and governance forums, prepare management updates and secure decisions.
• Build project management capability within Compliance through coaching and standard methodologies.
• Perform ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer.
