Bitget Limited is seeking a seasoned compliance leader to oversee complex regulatory projects across the crypto and financial services space. You will craft frameworks, coordinate with product, tech and legal teams, and ensure policies stay aligned with evolving regulations.

The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency with strong writing in Simplified Chinese, plus a proactive, ownership-driven approach to multi-time-zone support.

Formación

• 10+ years in financial services compliance, crypto/digital assets preferred
• Ability to draft BRDs from scratch and communicate with Product & Tech teams
• Proficient in Mandarin and English with strong writing in Simplified Chinese
• Willingness to support global teams across time zones

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute compliance projects of varying scope and complexity, including partnerships and integrations
• Design and implement product launch approval frameworks and manage stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, and local MLROs to embed compliance in operations
• Draft, review, and update compliance policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes
• Prepare responses to due diligence questionnaires from institutional partners
• Drive ad-hoc compliance initiatives from scoping to completion
