Job summary

ECI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our technical delivery team, focusing on cloud implementations, desktop engineering escalation, and network support for a defined client portfolio. You will apply the latest technologies and adhere to standards to drive client innovation in a fast-moving environment.

In this role, you will support Microsoft 365/Azure, act as a tier 3 escalation point, lead migrations, document SOPs, and contribute to security configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or a minimum of 6+ years in a technology administration role.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support of cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Act as a tier 3 escalation point for Client Technology Management and other teams.
• Lead migrations, deployments, relocations and other complex technical projects.
• Document processes, runbooks and SOPs to enrich internal knowledge base.
• Apply best-practice configurations to security platforms like Azure AD Conditional Access and MFA.
