Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks a Senior Solution Architect to drive strategic consulting and architectural delivery across M365, data governance, and cloud security. You will lead architecture blueprints, risk assessments, and high/low level designs for enterprise clients in Hong Kong.

The role requires 5+ years in technical delivery or solution architecture within SI/enterprise environments, with strong security and compliance expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical delivery, consulting or solution architecture within SI or large enterprise
• Experience with cloud security, identity governance, and M365 Security & Compliance in complex hybrid environments
• Familiarity with EM+S, Microsoft Sentinel, HSM/HYOK, or multi-tenant security architecture
• Ability to author architecture specifications, design docs, and work breakdown structures
• Excellent presentation and communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders

• Direct customer engagements, providing strategic consulting and solution architecture across M365, data governance, and cloud security domain areas.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities, delivering architecture blueprints, risk evaluations, high-level designs (HLD), and low-level designs (LLD).
• Advise enterprise clients on best practices for identity protection, Microsoft 365 baseline security, and international regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Drive modern IT transformation by integrating SIEM/SOAR capabilities, hybrid cloud security controls, and enterprise mobility architectures.
• Collaborate across regional technical practice groups to foster knowledge exchange and elevate team-wide solutions capability.

Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, consulting, or solution architecture roles within a Systems Integrator (SI) or large enterprise environment (>2,000 users).
• Proven track record implementing cloud security, identity governance, and M365 Security & Compliance features in complex hybrid environments.
• Strong familiarity with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S), Microsoft Sentinel, double key encryption (HSM/HYOK), or multi-tenant security architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to author comprehensive architecture specifications, design documentation, and work breakdown structures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with both local technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, or equivalent security credentials are highly preferred.
