Job summary

PRAISETECH LIMITED seeks a Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager to lead climate/air modelling projects, oversee product development, and ensure timely, quality deliverables.

The role requires 2+ years in climate/air management, a science/engineering degree, fluency in English and Chinese, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. On-site collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to drive market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or Higher Certificate in Science, Engineering, Computational engineering, Technology, or a related field centered on air quality, climate or environmental science.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in climate and air management, certification, assessment, modelling or a similar domain.
• Lesser experience may also be considered as Assistant Technical Manager should / demonstrate competent knowledge and passion to learn and contribute
• Solid understanding of air quality/climate risk management along with pertinent standards and system/product certification.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to recognize and execute practical solutions.
• A collaborative team member with effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and creativity to come up with products or solutions that fits the market needs.
• Self-driven, dependable, and able to operate independently on-site with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the development of climate/ air modelling projects and related product development, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Providing technical expertise to support project execution, product development and effectively guiding the technical team, if needed.
• Liaising and collaborating with both internal and external parties to ensure seamless communication and project coordination with effective outcome.
