Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainability Consulting and Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving business growth through strategic consulting, customer development, and climate-related project management. The candidate will play a key role in crafting business plans, pitch decks, and project proposals, while also contributing to the development of climate-focused large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, sustainable development, and business strategy, with a deep understanding of climate‑related risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability consulting projects by providing climate risk assessments, sustainability strategy recommendations, and decarbonization plans.
• Develop comprehensive business plans, pitch decks, and project proposals to support client growth strategies and sustainability initiatives.
• Participate in the development of climate large language models (LLMs), overseeing project needs assessment, solution design, and product feature releases across 12 sub‑scenarios including ESG, regulations, and sustainable investment and financing.
• Manage external collaboration projects with academic institutions and climate finance research organizations, handling prompt development, and coordinating with LLM algorithm research teams to support climate‑related database development and maintenance.
• Utilize operational tools and data analytics to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and ensure the successful implementation of growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainability, or related fields.
• Proven experience in sustainability consulting, climate risk assessment, and the financial implications of decarbonization strategies.
• Experience in product development for large language models, with a focus on ESG, regulatory compliance, and sustainable finance.
• Solid background in customer development, with the ability to foster strong relationships and translate client needs into practical solutions.
• Strong mathematical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and offer strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in using tools like MSOffice, Excel, Python.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, or large corporations on climate‑related projects.
• A portfolio of successful business plans, growth strategies, or sustainability projects.
