Job summary

Ebury Hong Kong is seeking a (Senior) Client Portfolio Manager to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, supplier payments financing, and cash management, while upselling Ebury’s broad product capabilities. You will collaborate with a large sales team to tailor solutions and deepen wallet-share.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
• Experience in FX institution and/or commercial bank, or selling other financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with Business-level English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of upselling and new client acquisition.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging and payments.
• Upsell Ebury’s product capabilities to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist in business origination.
• Understand clients’ business environments to provide best solutions.
• Know competitors’ capabilities to position Ebury’s banking solutions.
• Deliver on KPIs including revenues, churn reduction and wallet-share growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and proposals.
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients.
