Captar Partners Limited seeks an accomplished operations leader reporting to the Head of Compliance to direct client lifecycle governance for both individual and institutional clients. You will oversee end-to-end onboarding, KYC/AML, and ongoing lifecycle management in a regulated environment.

You will manage high-pressure daily operations, pre-trading validations, and complex Type 2 futures reconciliations ahead of market openings, with emphasis on cross-border tax controls (CRS/FATCA) and AML

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client lifecycle operations or regulatory compliance within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of futures operations and related controls.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; able to navigate multi-jurisdictional docs.

Responsabilités

• Direct end-to-end client onboarding, KYC, and lifecycle management across regulated verticals.
• Oversee pre-trading validations, futures reconciliations, and high-pressure daily operations.
• Lead compliance cycles including CRS & FATCA, EDD, and AML risk-rating recalibrations.
• Drive digital automation to streamline onboarding and cross-border platform migrations.
