Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a seasoned Client Management lead in Hong Kong to drive client service quality for FI or Corporate Banking segments. The role focuses on aligning CIB business units with Client Management, overseeing onboarding, credit fulfilment and monitoring, and data maintenance for client portfolios.

The position requires 5-8 years in client servicing, strong stakeholder management, and bilingual communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 5-8 years of Client Servicing / Client Management experience in FI or Corporate Banking.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uniform approach towards Client Management model with scalable, client-focused delivery.
• Engage internal stakeholders to streamline processes and implement changes.
• Serve as service partner with RMs, Product Sales, Operations to resolve client issues.
